The warranty period starts on the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty period.

What is Not Covered by This Warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by attempted repairs/upgrades not performed by NextinGaming.com or authorized service agents
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power fluctuations, weather events or acts of God

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you discover a defect and need warranty service during the warranty period:

  1. Contact NextinGaming.com customer support via email, live chat or phone to troubleshoot the issue.
  2. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you will be provided with instructions for sending in the defective product along with proof of purchase and other required documentation.
  3. Upon receiving and validating your warranty claim, NextinGaming.com will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Replacement parts and products will be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
  4. For repaired products, the warranty period will continue from the original date of purchase. For replaced products, the warranty period will be based on the replacement item’s standard limited warranty period.

Shipping Costs

For valid warranty claims:

  • NextinGaming.com will cover shipping costs to send defective products to our service center.
  • We will cover shipping costs to return repaired or replaced products to customers within Canada.
  • For customers outside of Canada, return shipping costs may apply.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEXTINGAMING.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED HEREIN.

IN NO EVENT WILL NEXTINGAMING.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF NEXTINGAMING.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the province or territory in Canada in which the customer resides.
